2. Cancellations

  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to support@vistara.report.
  • If your order has not yet entered the research or analysis phase, you may cancel for a full refund.
  • Once a report or consulting project has begun, cancellation requests may be partially refundable depending on progress and work completed at the time of the request.
  • Vistara LLC reserves the right to deny cancellations if substantial work has already been performed.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only issued under circumstances where deliverables were not provided as agreed or if Vistara LLC cannot complete the project due to unforeseen issues on our end.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services, finalized reports, or delivered digital products, as these are custom-made and non-returnable.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

If a delivered report or service requires changes or clarifications, we encourage clients to request revisions within 7 days of delivery. Our team will work to ensure the results meet the agreed-upon scope and standards before considering any refund or partial credit.

5. Missed Deadlines

In the rare event that Vistara LLC is unable to meet an agreed deadline due to internal factors, the client may request either:

  • A revised delivery schedule, or
  • A partial refund if no usable deliverable has been provided.

6. Force Majeure

Vistara LLC is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, internet outages, or changes in data source availability.
